Workshop
This workshop is about broadening your view of the hula hoop. Concepts from Dance, movement, body awareness, mindfulness and some neuroscience will be used to explore a basic understanding of tricks. We treat a series of on-body hooping, throws, balance, rolls, isolations and waves. We are looking for lightness, flow, pleasure, development, possibilities and that little bit of extra magic.

Peter

Has tried many things in his life, but has always stuck with the circus arts. He loves to learn all the juggling things and play with them. He enjoys sharing his favorite moves, tricks and things that bring him joy. Ato share with others.
He has been doing this for 20 years Zirkus, has been hula hooping for 10 years and has been teaching young and old regularly since 2017.

Workshop

This workshop is about expanding the ways we look at Hula Hoop. Concepts of dance, movement, body awareness, mindfulness and some neuroscience will be used to explore foundational understanding of tricks. We will go through the range of on-body-hooping, tossing, balancing, rolls, isolations and weaves. Let's look for easiness, flow, pleasure, progression, possibilities, and the extra bit of magic.

Peter

Tried out many things in his life but somehow always stayed with circus arts. He found love in learning and playing with many objects. He enjoys to share his favorite movements, tricks and things that spark joy. He began doing circus 20 years ago, Hula Hoop 10 years ago and has been teaching young and old regularly since 2017.
