Workshop<\/b><\/span>
\nThis workshop is about broadening your view of the hula hoop. Concepts <\/span>from<\/span> Dance, movement, body awareness, mindfulness and some neuroscience will be used to explore a basic understanding of tricks. We <\/span>treat<\/span> a series of on-body hooping, throws, balance, rolls, isolations and waves. We are looking for lightness, flow, pleasure, development, possibilities and that little bit of extra magic.<\/span><\/p>\n

Peter<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Has tried many things in his life, but has always stuck with the circus arts. He loves to learn all the juggling things and play with them. He enjoys sharing his favorite moves, tricks and things that bring him joy. <\/span>A<\/span>to share with others.
\n<\/span>He has been doing this for 20 years <\/span>Z<\/span>ir<\/span>k<\/span>us, has been hula hooping for 10 years and has been teaching young and old regularly since 2017.<\/span><\/p>\n

We will go through the range of on-body-hooping, tossing, balancing, rolls, isolations and weaves. Let's look for easiness, flow, pleasure, progression, possibilities, and the extra bit of magic.<\/p>\n
