Aerial Yoga combines elements of yoga, movement and relaxation with the support of fabric suspended from the ceiling. The fabric can take weight, open new movement possibilities and transform familiar exercises.

Dates

During October, sessions take place on Mondays and Thursdays at different times. The event overview automatically shows the next session.
