What guides us
Our work is institutionally, politically and religiously independent. We aim to widen access to sport, education, culture and community, while providing no space for discriminatory ideologies.
In everyday work, this means listening carefully, planning for different ways of participating, making decisions understandable and sharing knowledge as openly as responsibility allows.
